Return Policy

Returns

All items purchased through our website are not exchangeable and not refundable due to change of mind. However, if you encounter any issues with our products please contact us, we will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. If the return is due to our error, we will process refund excluding shipping and handling charges.

Exchanges

We will happily provide an exchange where you have changed your mind about a product purchased from Asian Savoury provided that the product:

• is returned to us with a receipt within 7 days of purchase.
• is in its original condition, including with packaging; and
• has not been used and, if a perishable product, is not expired or within 7 days of expiry.
• Not on special deal or on sale.

Cancellations

Once you have submitted an order, it is already considered final and confirmed. We strongly recommend checking your orders and details before submitting and finalizing your order.

Damaged Items

Please contact us if you received damage items from our third-party courier provider. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible. We will either replace the item or give you a refund.
