    Cooking Instructions:

    1 pack ILC Bah Kut Tea Spices

    1kg pork ribs

    1.8lt of water

    12 cloves/ 1 bulb of garlic

    Few drops of dark soy sauces for colour (optional)


    1. Over high fire, boil 1.8lt of water. 

    2. Add 1 pack of Bak Kut Tea spices, 1kg of pork ribs and 12 cloves of garlic and boil using medium heat for 35mins (or up to 1 hour for more spices and peppery taste).

    3. Add few drops of soy sauces for colour. Serve hot.
